We do not accept returns , refund or exchange other product after purchase , if Manufacturing defects pls contact us when u receive product at point of the time

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are Wrong item received ,defective or damaged

We reserve the rights for exchnage or refund 

customer have to shipping back to item with the original condition that you received it within (7) working days for process exhange 

The Exchange goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. SDeal.com.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their Exchange within 7 days after the confirmation.
